AJ Parts India Ltd. is an E-Commerce company which deals mostly in laptop parts such as Laptop Screens, Adapters, Keyboards, Laptop skins, etc. in India but I as a Customer Service Executive and later on as a Marketing Manager work for its UK based company called AJ Parts UK Ltd. which is one of the largest laptops parts sellers in Europe.

We handle inbound, outbound calls and emails regarding orders and other queries about our products. We also work and process orders on the company website (www.ajparts.co.uk) and other online shops such as eBay and Amazon.

Tommy Hilfiger is a designer wear which deals in apparels comprising Clothing, Footwear, Eyewear, Watches, Perfumes, Leather products for both men and women and even Bed and Bath products. Tommy Hilfiger showcases new products every season. My job as a Customer Service Executive was to introduce customers to the latest and new season’s collection and other products. Besides helping customers pick out their sizes, I advised them on the styles and looks and also assisted them in picking out the ones that suit them best.

The school teaches children from Nursery to High School (10th Standards). In my period of one year as an Assistant Teacher, I taught children from Nursery to 5th standards.
