Experience: Lisa Cruz, Home Health Caregiver of 20 years, is passionate about the care and well being of Senior citizens. In 1984 she owned her own Home Health Care Agency called "Tender Way Home Care". In 1992 she closed the agency to stay home and home school her two children. However she did continue to care for seniors on a part time basis.Giving her the experience to work with families and their loved ones. She is also an accomplished Screen Saver Author. She is currently, a student studying Medical Trancsription. Today she still holds a part time job as a Home Health Care Provider.
