I have worked in the hospitality industry for two years. I current am the General Manager of two properties, a Hampton Inn, and a Fairfield Inn & Suites. I have a wide knowledge in operational procedures as well as how to establish a solid working structure for the environment you create as a leader. I also have ways to effectively cut back on payroll cost's while maintaining a high morale!
