My Expertise: Since I am attending Culinary School, I am learning something new every single day. I taught myself how to cook and bake so I can offer advice on how to teach yourself, where to find some online cooking courses, what to make when you don't have very much to work with, etc.
I am also an expert on Autism Spectrum Disorder because I have three sons who suffer from it. The boys each fall on different areas of the spectrum so you could say that we are battling three different forms of Autism. I can be of great help to newly diagnosed families. I can help parents with ANY questions as there will literally be thousands!
Experience: I am currently a freelance writer and have been so for several years. I also have over 20 years restaurant experience. I have also been the ultimate armchair traveler my entire life. I only write about what I know!
