Market research: analyse competition, target, legal environment
Business strategy: make decisions upon product range, distribution channels, promotion channels.
Processes and procedures : create / adapt work flows, status reports, stock reports, shipping reports.
Finance: review financial data, keep an eye on profitability.
Coordination and supervision : coordinate, manage and monitor the tasks of various collaborators in the project.
