I work with families and small businesses to bring them back to a place of calm order - through organization, virtual assistance, and mindfulness training. I work one on one with home clients analyzing their organization challenges and creating personalized solutions for order and routine that are specific to running a household with autism or other special needs. I also provide connections with resources, researching, and serve as a confidant. I work with small business owners to take care of the organization challenges including social media engagement, content marketing, and time management, so they can focus on serving their clients. I blog about my mindfulness and self-regulation practices and how anyone can benefit from a calmer approach to life's challenges. I come from the perspective of a single mom and entrepreneur raising 2 children with autism, but the practices apply everywhere.

I assisted multiple departments including Maintenance, Development and Expansion, Marketing, and Publications, for this multi-state private school network. I managed paperwork and kept the various departments organized and efficient. I handled inter-department coordination, including scheduling meetings and training sessions, document transfers, and other office communications. I communicated with outside contractors to facilitate the construction of new schools. I organized open houses for new schools and enrolment events, and coordinated with other departments for such events. For Marketing, I handled market research, advertising coordination, maintaining email and direct mail campaigns, and keeping historical records for advertising campaigns. I managed SEO for the company website and Google AdWords campaigns as well. I wrote, edited, and coordinated publication of a company-wide safety manual and training materials to be distributed to dozens of private school locations in 4 states. I also maintained records for security systems and OSHA certifications for maintenance, and coordinated maintenance schedule for all the company's Utah locations.
