CERF is short for Canine Eye Registration Foundation. This is organization does testing for specific canine genetic defects involving the eyes, like Canine Retinal Atrophy. A local ACVO (American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists) certified Ophthalmologist could help you in getting your dog’s eyes certified.
