I just went to my doctor and he said I may have that as well. I’ve looked everywhere for information and can’t come up with much. As near as I’ve found out its that your cervix isn’t opening the way it should. I’m almost 38 weeks with twins (no dilation) and my doctor gave me the option of being induced or having a C-section. He said there was a chance that even if I was induced I could labor for hours, my cervix wouldn’t open, and they would have to do a c-section. Hopefully that helps some.
