Why a Vise?
The newest kid on the block, Apocalypse Vise. It’s looking pretty good, and seeing some decent play, but can it compete to Wave? Can it even be next to it? For those unfamiliar to this newbie, it’s a 7 Cost that makes you destroy monsters that add to a total of 8000 or less. So there is some math involved, and it does take some strategy at times to decide which monsters are more crucial to destroy. 8000 is a nice total to have for a budget of destruction. Most monsters used today are 2000, so you take down 4 monsters, which isn’t too bad for 7 mana. The Good thing about this card is that it has the limit. That limit gives it a wide variety of monsters that it can take down. It right now is one of the only cards in Fire that can destroy monsters like CP, Barkwhip, Lancer and Fighter, which is convenient, since a Wave won’t even scratch these guys.
