No contract or booking confirmation will be issued between Owner/Agent and Renter until funds have been received. If funds are not received within 7 banking days the reservation shall be deemed to have been cancelled. – Final payment consisting of the remaining balance must be received at least 30 days prior to guest arrival. Failure to make the final payment on a timely basis will make reservations subject to automatic cancellation.
