Yes, we can create a custom index for your book if you purchase the Custom Typesetting Interior through our Services Store. Additional production charge can apply at an hourly rate when indexes are requested. If you opt for this service, you supply a list of names, places, and things to include in the index and we will create it for your book with the correct page numbers.
