(Applies to TNM version 2.1 and 2.5) This is a bug in TNM 2.1 and 2.5 that displays text regarding adjustment factors in the Shielded List. The data in the fields are correct. Ignore the text regarding adjustment factors and add roadways/segments to the shielded list as you normally would.
