What is vanilla flavored candy coating?
It is generally sold in my area in a standard grocer’s as Almond Bark vanilla candy coating in the baking aisles near chips. Cake shops and even Ben Franklin and Wal-Mart also sell it here in the little wafers by weight. They are roundish and about the same size as a nickel. They can be melted over hot water, thinned with vegetable shortening, flavoured with oils after melting and are used for dipping, generally speaking.
