What Makes Jazzercise Different?
Well, let’s see… Jazzercise routines are choreographed TO music, so you won’t just be dancing to background music. Only original cuts of music are used, including everything from country to swing to techno to top 40. All routines are choreographed and reviewed for safety by a degreed exercise physiologist. There are occasional games/contests/prizes to keep you focused on your fitness. Instructors are certified by Jazzercise to AFAA standards and above, in addition to being schooled in dance technique and exercise physiology. Instructors give options for low impact movement, as well as options for those with pregnancy or conditions such as a bad back or other injuries. No contracts! ANYONE can do it! Jazzercise welcomes all ages and fitness levels. At Jazzercise you’ll find a place where everyone really does know your name and a sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere.
