What is Docetaxel?
Docetaxel belongs to the general group of chemotherapy drugs known as taxanes. It is also called a mitotic inhibitor because of its effect on the cell during mitosis. It is used to treat breast, lung, and prostate cancers, and may be used for other cancers as well.
