Cancel files sent via HyperSend?
The sender can cancel a HyperSend delivery before anyone picks it up: • Click on the HyperSend agent and choose Track from the pop-up menu. • Check the box to the left of the delivery you wish to cancel. • Click on Cancel Selected Deliveries. If the user has not picked up the delivery, it will be cancelled and no longer available to the recipient(s). Your track page will no longer show the delivery, unless you select Show cancelled deliveries also. The sender can only cancel deliveries before anyone picks them up. If one or more recipients have already picked up delivery, the sender cannot cancel it. A Recipient can delete a delivery from his or her pick up page instead of picking it up: • Click on the HyperSend agent and choose Pick up from the pop-up menu. • Check the box to the left of the delivery you wish to delete. Click Delete Selected Deliveries.
