Your eID and password are stored in KEAS, a secure directory service that is managed by the Office of Mediated Education. Your eID is visible in the K-State People Directory (unless you’ve specified otherwise) because it is the default address for your central e-mailbox. Passwords for eIDs are encrypted within KEAS and are private to the individual. Passwords for eIDs should never be shared with anyone, not even K-State IT staff.
