If a complaint is discovered to be unfounded at the informational meeting, and it becomes apparent that the person filing the complaint knew the allegations were unfounded, the Office of the Dean of Students may file a conduct complaint against the individual who filed the false report. It is a violation of the Code of Conduct to submit false information to the University. If you have additional questions about your specific circumstances, please feel free to contact the Office of the Dean of Students via email at conduct@pdx.edu, by phone at 503.725.4422, or in person in 433 Smith Memorial Student Union.
