What is the difference between a flexible canvas and a stretched canvas?
Well, stretched canvas is what you usually see paintings on. These have 3/4″ stretcher bar sides and are not flexible. (See examples.) The roll canvas is what the canvas is before it is stretched and put on bars like a canvas banner. It lies directly on the wall and can be rolled for storage or transport. (See examples.
