what is Sookie Stackhouse?
Well, it’s kind of impossible to tell you what she is without spoiling anything for two reasons. One, it will SPOIL the story for you, and two, the story lines in the book series are sometimes vastly different from the TV series. There are all kinds of characters we should have met already but haven’t, and there are sub-stories that never occurred in the books, but are main focuses in the series. If you change your mind, I can tell you “what” Sookie is. Otherwise, all I can say that her bloodline is not of the known human world.
