Norrington is President of eBay’s Marketplace Operations. In the past, she has served as President of eBay International which oversees strategic and financial planning, marketing, operations, product development and business development for eBay’s international businesses. 

Prior to eBay, Norrington was president and CEO of Shopping.com, eBay’s online comparison shopping business.
Norrington has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
