Gold is President, Director and CEO of the Western Union Company, a position she has held since September of 2006.

Prior to this role, she was Senior Executive Vice President of First Data and President of Western Union. She was also Chairman, President and CEO of Excel Communications, Inc. from October 1999 to May 2002. From 1970s-1990s, Gold was part of Avon and served as President of Avon Canada, President of Avon North America, and Executive Vice President of Global Development.
