What is the preliminary search?
The preliminary search taps into our various sources of informatinon in so our users can see right away that we have records on whomever they’re searching for. A valid hit on someones name does not mean they have a criminal or bankruptcy records, only that they are in our database for anything from an e-mail address to being a sex offender.
