Yes. SkillSurfer provides a Test Authoring capability via the Tests Tab, which teachers can author tests at any time from any computer meeting the system requirements. Teachers can create tests, sections, questions, answer choices, and grading standards. The user interface guides the teacher through all necessary steps.
