When are bid tabulations available to the public and can the bid tabulations be viewed or downloaded from EBS?

Bid tabulations are automatically posted to the EBS public web site after a contract is awarded to a bidder. The bid tabulations may be viewed and/or downloaded by click on the Awarded link on the left-side navigation bar in EBS and clicking the Details link for an item in the Bid Schedule table.
