Is Unattended Access secure?
Unattended Accessis a permission-based feature. Unattended Access must be set up in advance with the approval of the customer, who can block or disable access at any time. The person providing Unattended Access support must provide a strong password, and all network activity is encrypted using both SSL and AES encryption, so only the approved support provider can gain access via Unattended Access. The responsibility for security then rests on the relationship of trust between the support provider and the customer.
