Are follow-up visits covered?
Follow-up visits are only covered if they relate to a participant’s method of contraception. For example, fee-for-service providers will be reimbursed if a woman has a follow-up visit because she is experiencing difficulty with her method of contraception or she needs quarterly contraceptive injections.
