Will firing an sks or any gas operated rifle with the gas piston turned off fire more accuratly?
I habve spoken to people whose opinion I trust that say that one way to make the SKS more accurate is to switch it to bolt action One of these people has built a verifiable MOA rifle from a Yugo SKS The gas valve shut off by itself did little it was just one smal part of the equation Oh And report the girl who wants the asker to shoot himself and the boy that is so proud of his flatulence The only way to get rid of the point whoring children is for more than one person to report them Let them know that coming here will cost them points ——————- By changing to bolt action I was referring to cutting off the gas supply and making the gun a defacto straight pull bolt action Sorry for the confusion
