Can the bidder retract an accepted bid?
No. Neither the bidder nor the seller can retract accepted bids as all bids are legally binding. Bidders should get all their questions answered before bidding, and satisfy themselves that the seller will honor any conditions or requests associated with the bid. If the bid is pending and has not yet been accepted, the bid can be retracted by the auction holder if the bidder directly contacts the auction holder to arrange this.
