What is Fast Forward Center?
The Fast Forward Center was established after a two-year study by the Montgomery County Out-of-School Youth Task Force. It is a department of Sinclair Community College which serves dropouts ages 15-21. The center serves as the “operating arm” of the Montgomery County Out-of-School Youth Initiative. The center provides initial assessment, case management, marketing, collaboration and innovative solutions the initiative.
