What is Lobby Concierge?
Lobby Concierge (was called Guest Services) is one of the nicest amenities provided at WDW resorts. Lobby Concierge is staffed with Cast Members who are knowledgeable about the parks, transportation, and events. You can purchase admissions media for the parks, water parks, Pleasure Island, or special events at Lobby Concierge. They should be able to answer your Disney transportation questions. You may also use Lobby Concierge to arrange for dining reservations. Many Lobby Concierge counters have signs with park and transportation hours and special events notices.
