Since November 2005, Catz is the president and member of the board of directors for Oracle Corporation. She has held a variety of power positions with the company in the past including CFO, exeuctive vice president and senior vice president. Catz is also a member of the board of directors for HSBC Group, one of the world’s largest banking and finance organizations.

Catz is Israeli-American and she has a background in investment banking, specifically working for a period at Lufkin & Jenrette, a global investment bank. Catz has a bachelor’s degree from UPenn’s Wharton School and a J.D. from UPenn’s Law School.
