Does PBXtra provide offsite redundancy?
Yes. Fonality’s data centers provide a variety of redundancy services. For starters, every configuration change you make initiates a configuration backup in our data center. In the even of a problem, your settings can be rolled back to a previous configuration state. Copies of your call detail reports (CDRs) can optionally be stored in our data center to expedite running reports via our Admin Panel interface. PBXtra customers get the additional benefit of reducing the overhead of their premise server when running CDR reports directly from Fonality’s Data Center. PBXtra customers can disable the option of storing CDR information at Fonality’s Data Center if it is a security concern for your organization.
