Whats GayOutdoors all about then?
Gay Outdoors (GO) was founded by New Hampshire native Mike Boisvert in 1999 who lives at the foot of the White Mountains. He had been running outdoor recreation activities for outdoorzy guys for almost 20 years with a local gay outdoor club. He found that gay/bi outdoorzy guys nationwide lacked a means to meet one another, pursue outdoor trips and share their outdoor experiences/knowledge. GayOutdoors is a group aimed at gay, bi and straight guys interested in outdoor pursuits. We don’t discriminate against anyone regardless of age, sexuality, or ability and all we ask to become a member is that you agree and abide by the guiding principles of the group. GayOutdoors is designed as an alternative to both the traditional gay scene and also to the other more straight orientated outdoors groups.
