(I know its illegal in some places but I’m curious as to where you’re referring to) You’re once again implying that laws should be passed based on religious belief, which Uroboros already made a very effective argument against. I don’t believe that humans are anyone’s creations and I don’t fancy my government passing laws as though they were. Your ‘potential life’ argument just doesn’t stick. Should someone who steals a pile of pig iron be charged with Grand Theft Auto because the metal was a potential car? Should it be ok to bury people alive because those people are all potential corpses? Maybe we should give everyone cash prizes because everyone is a potential Nobel laureate, or throw everyone in jail because they’re potential serial killers.
