How to accelerate internet?
Do you have DSL or dial-up? Does your DSL slow you down? If you still have dial-up, it’s best to switch to DSL, you’ll see significant diff in speed. For those who already have DSL connection, but your computer doesn’t take the full advantage of it, I’ll have a tip for you. This tip will taking the full advantage of your available connection. Here’s how: click Start, Run, type gpedit.msc, click the + sign on Administrative Template under Computer Configuration, click the + sign on Network, click QoS Packet Scheduler. On the right hand side windows, double click Limit Reservable Bandwidth, click on Enable, change the 20% belows to 0 (zero), OK to exit, close the windows, restart your computer. Your internet is run faster now than before. What we did was, Windows reserves 20% of your internet speed for something else instead, (even if it’s disabled), by changing that 20% to 0%, we’re taking back our speed, and use it to its optimum.
