Season your steak with whatever you like, and cook your steak for about 8 minutes on each side, but you shouldn’t cut the meant to check to see if its done, that’ll make the juices escape, either use a meat thermometer to check internal temp. or take a set of tongs to ”squeeze” the meat, it should feel about the same as squeezing the sking between your thumb and pointy finger. When steak is cooked to your liking, let it rest on a carving board or plate for about 5 minutes so the juices will settle and you’ll have a great steak!
