What is the best way to cook baby back ribs? Im cooking them outside on a charcoal grill?
You need to barbeque them as opposed to grill them. Grilling means to cook hot and fast…burgers are grilled. Ribs need to be slow roasted. Foil them first, or they will char and loose moisture. You can brush them with BBQ sauce or do like I do, and put onions, red bell peppers, garlic cloves, and S&P and foil shut. Barbeque slowly over hot coals (not flaming) for about 1-1 and half hours. When meat is cooked, remove ribs from foil, brush with barbeque sauce and place directly on rack for about 10 min each side. You can use the veggies in the foil as a side. Don’t forget to foil some potatoes for baked potatoes and foil some corn too! The whole POINT of outdoor cooking is to COOK OUTSIDE!!! You don’t need to heat up your house to make great ribs.
