What is couples counseling like?
” Both of you will meet with me for the first session to discuss the problems you are having. I will listen to each of you, not to judge who is right or wrong, but to help uncover the relationship dynamic that is affecting you as a couple. It is uncovering this dynamic that has the real potential to help you as a couple. My approach is solution-focused: helping the two of you solve issues that prevent you from being the romantic loving couple you once were. My therapy style is direct and interactive. Common reasons couples schedule an appointment: -One partner is jealous without cause -Couples can’t stand arguing anymore -Couples who need better COMMUNICATION SKILLS -One partner has been unfaithful -One partner is feeling smothered or too clingy -Couples with different sexual drives -Couples that fell in love over the Internet and now are having problems I offer both day and evening appointments to fit both of your busy schedules.
