Whats the best and simplest way to make meatballs?
In one large bowl add: Ground beef or a combination of ground beef, veal and pork, about 2 pounds 1 beaten egg 1 T. of grated onion 3/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs Mix well and form into balls, put them on a cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees until brown on all sides, then transfer them to a pot of spaghetti sauce and simmer till sauce and meatballs are done.
