hi you need a radiator key find bleed nipple, turn anti clock wise about 1 turn place cloth under nipple and listen for hiss when hiss stops tight nipple and done

Using a radiator key gently turn the valve, holding a tea towel under it. You should hear all the air releasing. Do this until water dribbles out and then tighten up the valve again. After this your radiators will be hot right to the top as they will be filled up with water.

Get a radiator key. Stick it in the square valve thingy at the top end of the radiator. Turn it round (anti-clock) until you hear a hiss. Wait til water starts coming out then turn the valve shut (clock). Remove key. Job done.
