As the film is extruded, then printed, then put on a bag machine, it is very difficult to estimate exactly how many bags are going to be made from that original extrusion. Industry standards allow for overruns of + or – 20%, meaning, if you order 5000 bags, you could get 6000. This is part of the process and overruns do happen. In that case the customer is charged for 6000 bags.
