Major religions of poland?

We declare ourselves as catholic nation, but u need to know, that nowadays more and more people or become agnostic, atheists or simply change their religion into other, mainly cause of very invasive policy of catholic leadership into politic (unfortunately polish catholicism is in this way- we have this in our constitution, and also in many catholic legacy) interesting is, that even if there is one religion called catholic, almost every country “serve” it in different way. And now some dates: rome catholic 89% greek catholic evangelicalism protestants jehowa witness eastern catholic jews muslim and some more interesting is, that actually now 8% of polish are without any religion- that 50years would be something very shoicking.

there is only one major religion in Poland – Roman Catholicism. All the others mentioned by the previous posters are a tiny minority. Unlike many other countries, Poland is very homogeneous in terms of religion, ethnicity and language.

Roman Catholics are the major religion. There are Orthodox and Protestant minorities as well, plus some sects.

According to the figures I have with me, Poland is 95% Roman Catholic, 1% Polish Orthodox and 0.25% Lutheran. The remainder of the population would be a mixture of other religious backgrounds.
