What is Total Expense Ratio (TER)?

0

The TER of Market Access ETFs includes all the expenses levied on the assets of the UCITS such as management, administration, custodian, distribution and registration charges, the professional charges of the auditors and legal advisers, performance fees, and duties. The TER is calculated by dividing the running costs of the fund by the total value of the fund’s assets and is expressed as a percentage. The TER does not include brokerage costs, or subscription and redemption fees (if applicable) directly paid by the investor. Transaction costs (e.g. index replication) are not included in the TER published by Market Access ETFs.
