Are Earth shoes environmentally-friendly?
For some time, Earth has been ahead of the curve when it comes to incorporating environmental-friendliness into our product. Within the shoe industry, they were one of the first manufacturers to dedicate 100% of their line to using water-based adhesives. While this is an important step toward creating ‘green’-er product, it is not the only one. Earth continuously seek to improve on all that they do, and they’ve recently stepped up their use of recycled cardboard shanks, and the use of more environmentally-friendly materials in their uppers. Beyond footwear production, they are also a member of the Eco-Partners.
