What is competitive advantage?
A competitive advantage would be anything that would give someone any kind of advantage over a business rival. If a business has a better location than another rival business, that would be a competitive advantage. Another example of competitive advantage might be the company’s products versus a rival’s products or a company’s total market share.
At Current Analysis, many briefings involve nondisclosure agreements, especially when we talk about vendors’ network systems, since service providers feel “our network is our competitive advantage.” That can be true when a provider is the first, exclusive user of a vendor’s equipment, but the actual competitive advantage is not what most people think.
