Does UNB offer on campus housing?
Our UNB Fredericton Campus is home to fifteen residences: there are three for men, and two for women as well as 8 co-ed. All of the residence rooms are furnished with desks, bookshelves, wastebaskets, bulletin boards, beds, dressers and wardrobes. The residences also have lounges, study rooms, laundry and other facilities provided for those who call the UNBF campus home. At UNB Saint John there are 2 residences, one suite style and one is a traditional residence style. The suites of the Sir Colin B Mackay include two bedrooms, a kitchenette complete with microwave and fridge, and a private three piece bath. While just a minutes walk away the Sir James Dunn dormitory-style residence offers a majority of single rooms, as well as a limited amount of double rooms. Each room has a vanity with a sink, a bed, a dresser, a desk set, and a wardrobe. Both offer a section designated as 24 hour quiet space for students who want a more quiet environment.
