What kind of assistance is there for boaters?
There are public moorings available at the Bay Creek Marina (757-331-8600) and the Town of Cape Charles Harbor (757-331-2357). Cape Charles Harbor is walkable, a few blocks from hotel. Bay Creek Marina is 1 mile from hotel, they rent golf-carts and sometimes run a shuttle. Inquire at the marina about rides. There is no taxi service in Cape Charles. While we can sometimes help with rides, most of our summer staff do not have drivers licenses. If you trailer your boat, you can park it at the harbor.
