I need help finding a floor plan!!!?
I believe that All American Homes has builder/dealers in Ohio. However, the customization and pricing is done by the Builder/Dealer after he consults with the customer. They have computer programs that they use to draw and price a customized house. You can’t do it yourself on the internet. One reason is that, because the house is built in modules, there are certain parameters that they must work in when they customize a modular home design. A suggestion: If you have a drawing program on your computer (is 3D Architect still out there?) you could draw up what you think you’d like in a house plan. Or, an alternative that is used by many customers is to find a pre-drawn houseplan that they like – maybe something you saw in a magazine or newspaper. Either way, take that plan to your builder and see if he can translate your ideas into a buildable modular home. Some modular builders offer standard plans on their website.
