This SCREAMS like it’s a fraud. Women (and it could be a man with someone’s myspace pictures), defraud people all the time about adoption. Chances are, they’re from Cameroon. Tell her to take the baby to the American Embassy, and that you have a ticket waiting for the baby and your uncle’s former secretary, who works at the American Embassy, and is getting ready to make a trip to the US. Tell them also, that you have the papers, which have been faxed to her waiting there, and a lovely room for the baby to live once here. Chances are, it will be the last e-mail, or they’ll have a horrible accident, and she’ll need money immediately.
